we have been with voiply for several months now. the team has been great the very few times i have needed them, which in my opinion is a good thing. the system has work flawlessly from the very easy setup and ongoing. if you want a system that just works, this would be a great choice.

We ported one number to VOIPly as a test and it went very badly. We couldn't log in to the "portal," couldn't control any feature, couldn't reach the tech support line, the customer service line was no help whatsoever, the chat person sent idiotic suggestions that didn't work (clear you cache, try a different browser, etc.). Avoid this hot mess in a dumpster fire and save yourself some aggravation.
I have four accounts with VoIPLy. The voice quality is great. The APP is very easy. I am able to make phone calls and send massages in everywhere (even outside of US while traveling). I must emphasize that the helpdesk service is excellent. The efficiency and taking ownership of helping customers is better than many major carriers based on personal experience.
Only had my service a few days, and awaiting the porting of our old number. Using it over FiOS internet service, so domestic quality is excellent. HOWEVER, we chose Voiply (reps pronounce it "voy -plee", BTW) for the included international service. Unfortunately, they do not disclose in any of their limited advertising I have seen, nor did the rep on the chat helpline I asked before subscribing, nor did the PC Mag article that recommended it as best VOIP for international calling, that CALLS TO MOBILE PHONES in our countries of interest ARE NOT INCLUDED. So calling to international landlines is all you get. We have extended family in five different countries, primarily cell users only, so this is very disappointing. We already signed up for the one-year offer, so I will reevaluate our options at the end of the subscription period.
Installation is a no-brainer, as expected. I suggest a power supply backup for your router and Voiply box if the service is important to you in the event of an outage - in all likelihood your network does not provide power for your service. Depending on where you are, cell phone coverage may only last a few hours in the event of a widespread power outage (https://www.lightreading.com/security/5g-providers-reject-mandates-for-backup-power-at-cell-sites/d/d-id/774260).
I am a recent subscriber to VolPLy. I switched over from another Volp provider who did provide good service and decent rates. I switched to VoLPly as the rates were better and the reviews were very good. So far, the voice quality and service, as well as the price, have been excellent from VolPLy.
I like the fact that I have several options to add on as well, should I need them. I recommend this service with no reservations.
Never followed thru on the three port requests I submitted. Each time they said the carrier was rejecting the request. Checked with the carrier and they said otherwise. When they told me to submit a 4th port request I gave up. Would not refund any money even though I never made one phone call. Stay away.
Moving to voiply was easy.
And price is good.
Guess you get what you pay for.
Voices sound broken and sometimes robotic. When calling Cust Serv, they read you the FAQs and force the same square one troubleshooting each time. Then they put me on hold. And come back 10 minutes later telling me that they made a backend change. Reboot and wait. Works for 6 days or so then back.
Service doesn't provide basics, like stutter dial tone is voice messages.
Time to switch.
Signed up online was a breeze. Easy to install, my number ported seamlessly, crystal clear sound.I only needed support for the app on my Android phone and was able to use the chat with support of Paul the tech whom helped me with the issue I had and solved my problem. All done within 15 minutes. I'm a satisfy customer.
Looking to reduce our costs and improve on the over all functionality of our telephone, we looked at VOIPLY. From the start the online ordering wed page was easy to process our order. support group were absolutely great... Responded almost immediately to all our questions, and kept us informed on the number porting (keeping our existing number) process.
The instructions for the installation was so easy to connect to the network and our existing telephones... The entire process took less than ten minutes...
